Policies


New Client Policy:

New clients with limited experience in Pilates are required to attend up to three private sessions prior to attending group equipment classes.  Please contact us if you have any questions about this policy.

Cancellation and Expiration Policies:

24 hours notice is required prior to any missed sessions. Clients who cancel or miss a session with less then 24 hours notice will be charged/deducted one session.

Group equipment packages, mat/barre/yoga packages, and TRX packages offer a choice of up to 5 classes in 60 days or up to 10 classes in 90 days. Classes not used in the allotted amount of time will be forfeited.

Bootcamp classes may be purchased on a drop in basis or in a package of 8 (once a week) or 16 (twice a week) for 60 days. Classes not used within 60 days of activation will be forfeited.

All private session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Medical History:

Prior to attending your first class or session all clients are required to fill out a Health History Questionnaire.
