Mandy Bland - Pilates 360 PlusMandy Bland

Mandy believes that the practice of Pilates leads to the appreciation that our bodies are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” Following in her sister’s example, Mandy took her first Pilates class in 2005 and quickly became a dedicated student of the method. She has had the opportunity to study Pilates in both Australia and in the US and has been inspired by the generosity of members of the Pilates community in sharing their knowledge and passion.

Mandy began her journey towards becoming an instructor by obtaining Pilates mat certification through the Integrated Teacher Training program with Madeline Black. She then completed her comprehensive instructor training through Balanced Body and continues to take workshops in addition to her personal practice of Pilates.  Mandy is certified with the Pilates Method Alliance and is a licensed Pilates for Buff Bones® instructor.

As a Pilates instructor with the background of a professional dancer and a speech therapist, Mandy is able to incorporate her love of movement and her interest in helping people to provide supportive and encouraging instruction. She is committed to sharing her passion for Pilates and its benefits. Whether they come to her with a strong athletic background or with physical limitations, Mandy will guide her clients to enhanced body awareness, strength, and flexibility.

Mari CollinsMari Collins - Pilates 360 Plus

Mari is a former ballet dancer who came across Pilates when looking for a way to get back in shape after the birth of her fourth child.   Pilates was a natural choice due to its emphasis on core strength and flexibility.   Pilates is known for building strong muscles without adding bulk.  It is the kind of exercise that gives you a dancer’s body.

Mari has over 20 years of experience as a ballet dancer and teacher.  She uses her experience and combines it with her passion for health and fitness to help her clients gain strength, flexibility and ease of movement.   Mari’s clients may not have dreams of being dancers themselves but with her help they can have the strength, balance and grace of one.

Mari chose STOTT PILATES® for her training and certification due to its reputation as the world’s most respected pilates method.  She specializes in helping clients during post rehabilitation and with conditions such as osteoporosis and scoliosis move, feel, look better.   Her clients range in age from 12 to 94.  Each client has a different goal and ability level.  Mari is able to design a program that is customized to each of their needs.

In addition to being a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, Mari is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine® (NASM®) Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.  She is certified with American Council on Exercise® (ACE®) as a Group Fitness Instructor and a licensed Pilates for Buff Bones® instructor.

Michelle has always had a passion for self-care and self-improvement. She has been working in health care since 2010. Mainly practicing western medicine, she was curious about how a holistic lifestyle can be woven into her life and those around her. She completed 200 hrs of training in the summer of 2013 through Akasha Yoga in Vacaville, became certified to teach Vinyasa Yoga, and is a registered teacher through Yoga Alliance. This journey not only deepened her own love for this sacred practice, but made her eager and excited to spread the joy of yoga to others around her. Michelle strives to erase students’ pre-conceived notions, based on their own level of experience, age, shape, size, and gender, of how a yoga practice should ideally look like. She welcomes her students to explore the asanas in a warm, fun, safe, environment. “Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.” Jason Crandell
